We continue to closely monitor updates from governmental authorities that will determine when Tweetsie Railroad is able to open for the 2020 season. Governor Roy Cooper presented a 3-Phase Plan for reopening North Carolina businesses, parks, restaurants, etc. last week. In accordance with this order:

We are having an Old General Store Sale! Save up to 50% off select Tweetsie Railroad merchandise at the Old General Store on Saturday, June 13 & 20, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The only areas that will be open during this time are the General Store and Cowboy Cantina for take-out.

We are currently working on an Opening Plan for Tweetsie Railroad. When we open the park, you should expect changes in the ways in which we operate and forsee modifications to hours and dates. Therefore, at this time, we are announcing the cancellation of our July 4th Fireworks and Cool Summer Nights.
