Are all areas wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Sections of the park are level; however, due to the mountain terrain, there are some hills. The Wild West train ride is wheelchair accessible.
Do you have wheelchairs for rent?
Standard wheelchairs are available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis. (Rentals will not be carried over to the next day on an "After 3:00 Next Day Free" ticket.)
Wheelchairs are $5 per day.
Tweetsie Railroad does not rent motorized wheelchairs.
Do you have handicapped parking?
Yes. The main parking area for Guests with Disabilities is located next to the front entrance. All vehicles using a designated disability parking space must have a state or province issued license plate or disability tag.
Parking is free for all guests except on July 4th when a $5 per car parking fee is charged. (Parking is FREE for Golden Rail Season Pass holders.)

All Tweetsie Railroad show venues are accessible to Guests with special needs.
For your convenience, you may want to consider entering the venue 15 minutes prior to the published show time to allow easier access.

My husband and I visited many times as children, but it was even more wonderful it was to share the experience with our children. Every staff member at Tweetsie was so very nice.
