Join us as we celebrate July 4th and Tweetsie Railroad's Anniversary with the largest fireworks show in the High Country. The Wild West theme park will be open for extended hours from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Fireworks will begin at 9:30 pm.
In order to keep the fireworks show on schedule, Miners Mountain will close at 8:00 pm and the remainder of the park levels will close in stages ending with the Main Street stores at 8:45 pm. Extended hours schedules will be posted throughout the park.
No, you do not need a special ticket to visit Tweetsie Railroad on July 4th - only a general admission ticket which includes admission to the park, the Wild West Train Adventure, live interactive shows, amusement rides, Deer Park Zoo and panning for gold. Your only additional expenses are food and retail items. Parking is always free.
Yes, if you enter the park after 3 p.m. on July 3rd, you can come back for free on July 4th. Please note: parking is limited and first-come-first-serve. A ticket doesn't guarantee a parking space.
Yes, you can enter after 3 p.m. on July 4th and then return the next day we are open for free. For example, if you enter on Monday, the next day is Thursday. Please note The After 3 p.m. ticket is not valid after the next day of operation.
Yes, you can leave and come back into the park the same day. Simply stop by the Ticket Office on your way out to have your hand stamped. Please note: Parking is limited and first-come-first-serve. A ticket will not guarantee a parking space.
