Dollywood
Staff and one guest may visit at no charge with a confirmation email, valid photo i.d. and paystub dated within the last 30 days. Click here for important instructions.

Hickory Crawdads Baseball: Email HR with the date of home game and the names of yourself plus up to five (5) that will be attending. Must have a week notice to ensure tickets will be at the will-call office the day of game.
Southern Highlands Attraction (SHA):
Tweetsie Railroad participates in the Southern Highlands Attraction (SHA) organization. Once you have worked 160 hours this season, you will receive an SHA pass that grants you and up to five family members free admission to participating attractions (unless specified otherwise). Below is a list of the attractions and exclusions if any:
SHA Employee Pass Exceptions 2024
Barter Theatre: Due to the high volume of attendance to the holiday shows, Barter will not honor the pass during December 1st -December 25th, 2024. There will be a limit of five tickets per SHA pass holder, per reservation. Please make reservations in advance of attending. Exceptions may be subject to change.
Birthplace of Country Music: The Birthplace of Country Music will offer museum tickets to the employee, spouse, and any immediate family. SHA pass holders may receive a single day pass for the employee for the Rhythm & Roots Festival, which is the 2nd weekend in September annually. Reservations can be made by calling (423) 573-1927.
The Blowing Rock: No Exceptions
Biltmore Restricted dates: The SHA pass is welcome for daytime admission to Biltmore House and estate grounds for SHA employees and their immediate family. To visit Biltmore House, advance reservations are needed. Call (800) 411-3812 to reserve date and time for your visit. Tickets will be held in Will Call at the Reception & Ticketing Sales Center. Please present your SHA member card and photo ID to claim your tickets. PLEASE NOTE: there are certain dates when SHA members are unable to visit Biltmore House due to high guest visitation. On these days, SHA members are welcome to visit Biltmore Gardens & Grounds admission. Visit biltmore.com/shamember for a listing of restricted dates and further details.
Cherokee Historical Association: Oconaluftee Indian Village, no restrictions. Mountainside Theater, SHA pass good for viewing Unto These Hills only, other shows are not included. SHA pass will be good for free entry for general admission to all venues. VIP, Reserved seating are not included.
Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park: Pass will be honored at any time, but due to large crowds and long lines, they recommend that you not visit on weekends in July and October, or on Memorial Day or Labor Day weekends, if at all possible. The pass is not good for special workshops.
Gatlinburg Skylift Park: No limitations throughout the year except for “Special Viewing Events” which includes the July 4th fireworks viewing, New Year’s Eve Fireworks viewing, and the Sunrise Special viewing events. Holidays, Weekends, October, and Christmas through New Years are always very busy so plan accordingly. We close early on Christmas Eve and are closed on Christmas Day. You cannot book tickets online, you must come to the ticket window. SHA passes cannot be used to purchase the SkyPass ticket (skip the line ticket). For questions, please call 865-436-4307.
Grandfather Mountain: No limitations, but holidays and October weekends are very busy, so plan to arrive early (before 10:00AM) if visiting during these times. Reservations are required by visiting www.grandfather.com/tickets. Sell-outs are possible on busy days and no additional visitors will be admitted once reservations reach capacity..
Great Smoky Mountains Railroad: Requires advanced reservations made by calling 800-872-4681. The pass is valid for coach seating on train ride only. The pass does not cover upgrades to Crown, First Class, Premium, Coach Plus, or Open-Air classes of service. Meal options or boxed lunches, or overnight accommodation packages are not included. Pass is not valid on Saturdays in October. Excludes Polar Express, Bunny Hopper, Uncorked, BBQ & Brews, or any additional specialty trains. Pass is valid for immediate family, single employee and one guest, or married employee, spouse, and children. Pass holder must accompany group, present SHA pass, and current pay stub.
Lookout Mountain Incline Railway: No Exceptions
Lost Sea: Will not honor SHA passes for their Wild Cave Tours, this includes the Super Saturday Adventure Tour.
Luray Caverns: The SHA pass is welcome for the general admission tour of Luray Caverns, the Car & Carriage Caravan Museum, and Luray Valley Museum at Shenandoah Heritage Village. The pass is not valid for the Luray Caverns Discovery Tour or other special events. The SHA pass is valid for the employee and immediate family.
Museum of the Cherokee People: No Exceptions. Please check motcp.org for hours of operation.
Nantahala Outdoor Center: Requires reservations by calling 800-232-7238. The pass is good for the following activities: Any ½ Day Nantahala River trip (Guided or Rentals), ½ Day French Broad River trips, ½ Day Pigeon River trips, Middle Ocoee River trip (excluding High Adventure), Chattahoochee River Tubing (Metro or Roswell), Zip Line Adventure Park and Fontana Lake Rentals. NOC will not honor the pass on Peak days. The SHA member must participate in the activity and can bring up to three additional guests. Age and/or weight restrictions apply. SHA member and guest will have to pay a small fee at the time of making the reservation.
Ripley's Aquarium & Attractions: SHA Passes will be honored at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and the 9 Ripley’s Tennessee Attractions.
Rock City Gardens: Pass is valid for daytime admissions only - SHA pass holders must show a valid photo ID and current paycheck stub at the Ticket Desk for the next available timed entry. SHA passes are valid for the Enchanted Garden of Lights on non-holiday Mondays – Wednesdays only.
Ruby Falls: will honor SHA passes for daytime cave walks. Reservations accepted by phone 423-821-2544 and email [email protected] . SHA passes will only be honored on Sunday and Thursday nights during Dread Hollow. Not valid at High Point Zip Adventure.
Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum: SHA Passes will be honored for the Missionary Ridge Local train in Chattanooga, TN based on availability. SHA Passes will also be honored on our Hiwassee River Scenic Railroad out of Delano, TN: The Loop and Copperhill Special - reservations will be required for the Delano rides. You must show SHA pass for all rides when picking up tickets or boarding passes at will call. Passes exclude all Georgia Train rides, Homefront Tea Room, Day Out with Thomas, Dinner Trains, Halloween Eerie Express, Wizards, Hiwassee Holiday, North Pole Limited and Nightcap with St. Nick
Tweetsie Railroad: does not honor SHA passes for: (1) The Day Out with Thomas™ event days, scheduled for June 7 through 16, 2024; (2) The Ghost Train® nighttime event in September and October (although SHA Passes are valid for daytime visits during that period), and; (3) The Tweetsie Christmas® event in November and December.
