How can we help?

Here are some frequently asked questions from our guests when visiting the park. If we don't answer your question here, please ask one of our staff, visit the Ticket Office, or call 800-526-5740. We'll be glad to answer your question and help you have an enjoyable day here at Tweetsie Railroad.

The First Aid Station is located in the Depot building on Main Street. Medical personnel are on duty during park operating hours.

Lost & Found is located in the First Aid Station at the Depot building on Main Street. You can stop by during park operating hours, call 800-526-5740 ext. 121, or email: [email protected].

Yes, stop by the Ticket Office, on the day of your visit, and they will gladly credit the purchase price toward a Tweetsie Railroad Golden Rail Season Pass.

If you enter the park after 3 p.m., you can use your ticket the next day at no additional charge. Keep your ticket stubs and present them at the Ticket Office for another entire day of Wild West Family Fun. Restrictions apply during Day Out With Thomas™, and the previous day’s ticket stubs are not valid for the evening Ghost Train® or Tweetsie Christmas®.

You don’t have to carry that package all day. Just ask any shop attendant about our Package Pickup program. Your package(s) will be waiting for you at the Happy Trails Toy Shop when you are ready to leave the park.

Rain showers can be brief. If it rains, try visiting our indoor attractions such as the Tweetsie Palace Can-Can Revue, the Arcade, Hopper and Porter’s™ Musical Celebration, Miner’s Mountain Magic, or shows in the Pavilion Theater. Rain ponchos may be purchased at any of our retail shops.

If our rides have to be shut down for the remainder of the day due to rain or thunderstorms, you can get a rain check so you can return to Tweetsie Railroad another day during the current season.

Rain checks are not valid for admission to Day Out With Thomas™, the evening Ghost Train® or Tweetsie Christmas® events.
